Enchiladas
1 lb. ground beef
Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt
Pepper
Tortilla shells
Mexican blend cheese (shredded)
10 oz. can Old El Paso mild red enchilada sauce
(makes 5 or 6)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Add the cumin, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pour a little red sauce to cover the bottom of the pan.
Add hamburger and shredded cheese in a line on the tortilla wrap, then roll up and lay in pan.
When done, pour the rest of the red sauce over the top, then sprinkle some shredded cheese over the top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes before serving.
