Ada's Snowballs

Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 2 dozen
½ cup butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup nuts
Powdered sugar
Mix butter with sugar until creamy. Add vanilla, flour and nuts, mix well.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300°. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar, place on cooling rack.
