Chocolate Dipping Sauce
24 ozs. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz.)
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon Black Cherry Vodka
Place all ingredients in cooker. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes.
Stir well, cover, cook on low one hour longer.
Can be reheated.
(I use my 1.5 quart electric slow cooker.)
