Fudge in a Flash
1 pound box confectioners sugar
1 heaping Tablespoon cocoa
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts or crunchy peanut butter
In a 2-quart glass measuring cup, mix sugar and cocoa. Make an indentation in the center of the mixture.
Chop butter into the hole. Pour milk over butter.
Microwave on high two minutes. Stir well. Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into greased pie plate and refrigerate until hard. Cut into pieces.
