Cinnamon Cream Syrup

1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup water
½ to ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup evaporated milk

In a small saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir two minutes more. Remove from heat and cool five minutes; then stir in milk. Serve warm over pancakes. makes 1⅔ cups.
