1½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
4 eggs (separated)
1½ cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
(Heat on Medium)
Separate yolks and whites.
Mix all ingredients and yolks. Add raisins and chopped up apples.
Beat egg whites with mixer until they fold. (stiff)
Add whites to other ingredients.
Put oil in pan cups (½ teaspoon)
Fill cups with batter - level with rim.
Use fork to turn over.
Keep turning over until golden brown.
