Apple Cinnamon Pork Roast

3 lb. Pork Roast
1 Apple
Honey
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
Note: Roast must be thawed.
Cut slices (widthwise) into the top of the pork roast. Lay roast into crock pot.
Cut one apple into thin slices, with skins or without. Stick the apple pieces into the slices on the roast, double up or triple up, use the whole apple.
Slice one onion, add to crock pot.
Pour honey over the top, then add cinnamon and salt.
Put the lid on, and cook on low for three hours.
