Pork Roast in Roaster

Preheast over to 350o.
Put a little bit of water to just cover the bottom of your roaster or casserole dish.
Place frozen pork (fat side down) and add salt and pepper and large slices of onion.
Brown each side - approx. 20 minutes each side. (No lid.)
Then cover with roaster lid or foil, and continue cooking until done.
A 1.5 lb. roast will cook for approximately 2 hours.
Watch it so it doesn't cook dry!
