Pork Roast in Roaster
(from frozen state)

Preheast oven to 300°.
Place frozen pork (fat side down) in the roaster or casserole dish.
Pour 1 cup of water or chicken broth over the roast.
Add salt and pepper and large slices of onion.
Then cover with roaster lid or foil, and bake 4 to 5 hours.
Add water if needed during cooking time. Watch it so it doesn't cook dry.

A 1.5 lb. roast will cook for approximately 2 hours.
A 3 lb. roast will cook for approximately 4-5 hours.
