Betsy's Broccoli Salad

5 cups broccoli florets
½ cup raisins
¼ cup red onion, chopped

Dressing:
2 Tablespoons sugar (don't use aspartame as a substitute - too sweet)
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup lite Mayonnaise

Pour over broccoli mix and refrigerate overnight or minimum 6 hours.

Before serving, toss with:
5 slices crisp, cooked bacon, crumbled
¾ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
