Chinese Salad

Slice one head Chinese cabbage (nappa) crosswise into small pieces.
Add one bunch green onions, chopped, tops included.
Melt ¼ cup butter, cool, add 2 packages Ramen noodles, broken into small pieces.
Small package sliced almonds
2 Tablespoons sunflower or sesame seeds

Dressing:
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
¾ cup oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Boil together one minute and cool. Add dressing just before serving.
