Ham & Corn Chowder

Note: This recipe requires a 6-quart crock pot.

1 2-lb. bag of Ore Ida diced/small-cubed hash brown potatoes
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 cups cooked ham, diced
2 cans whole kernel corn
3 cans cream style corn
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 quart Half & Half (milk can be used here)
1 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours OR high for 4 hours. Serve with crackers or with Jalapeno cornbread. Sprinkle with cheese when serving.

Note: You can use hash browns with green peppers and onions.
