Sirloin Stew

12 cups water
2 Sirloin steaks, trim fat
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried Oregano leaves
½ teaspoon dried Marjoram leaves
3 Bay Leaves
12 Beef Boullion cubes

Bring above mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for two (2) hours.

Remove beef. Skim excess fat from broth. When cool enough to handle, cut up beef and return to pan.

Add the following ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can green beans
1 cup peas
20 baby carrots, cut in half
2 large potatoes, cubed
½ cup onion, chopped
1 package extra-wide egg noodles

Cover and simmer for one (1) hour.
Season to taste with salt & pepper.
