Apple Crisp
5 or 6 large cooking Apples
1 cup quick-cooking oats
8 Tablespoons butter, melted
¾ cup packed brown sugar
Ground Cinnamon
Peel and slice apples into a 13x9 inch pan. Sprinke with cinnamon.
Combine oatmeal, oleo and brown sugar. Spread over apples and bake until bubbling around the edges.
Note: When freezing, bake the cinnamon apples 20 minutes, then spread the topping on, then freeze immediately.
