Cranberry Jello Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
2 - 3 oz. boxes of Jello - cranberry OR cherry
1 - 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Combine boiling water and gelatin in a bowl, stir until gelatin is dissolved, about two minutes
Stir in cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple (drained)
Transfer to large serving bowl or 12 individual dishes
Sprinkle pecans over the top (optional)
Chill until set, 3-4 hours for individual dishes OR four hours or overnight for one large bowl.
