Cheesy Crockpot Potatoes

Ingredients
32 oz. bag frozen, diced potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix in a crockpot: potatoes, onion, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter and 1.5 cups shredded cheese.
Cover with lid, cook on low for four hours, stirring halfway through.
After four hours, stir mixture again, then sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese and cover again for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
